Don't Touch Me!
It's nice that in Maharashtra - the instruction on the meter is for passengers and not the drivers. In Chennai, no auto runs by meter. Haggling is the only way out of a situation.
Though it is amusing to watch the haggling iff you understand Tamil and know you don't need to catch an auto rickshaw! :)

Nice pic !! i reflect the same opinion abt auto-rickshaw's in chennai and mumbai. I ain't gonna compare them :D
